A fresh fruity rosé with aromas and flavours reminiscent of fresh cherries, raspberry and strawberries. This silky smooth wine has a rich palate with a lingering finish.
Pinot Noir from our own vineyard was harvested at optimum ripeness, left to soak on skins until the desired colour was achieved then drained off and fermented between 12-15˚C with yeast selected to maximise the natural fruit flavours.
