In the recent International Wine Challenge in London the two premium wines we entered were both recognized with our 2010 Chardonnay taking a Silver medal and our 2010 Pinot Noir a Commended in one of the world’s biggest wine competitions.

The judges said: "Lemon; lanolin; limes; lovely, complex bouquet. Seemless palate. Zesty limes, mineral, crisp, some orange zest on the palate. Modest, understated style."
Monowai Pinot Noir, 2010
A bright deep red wine with aromas of ripe cherry and spicy undertones. Soft velvety tannins underscore cherry and raspberry flavours on the palate with hints of toasty vanilla adding a touch of complexity. A delicate acid balance ensures this wine will retain its freshness and flavours as it matures.
